    Es difícil el reto de contemplar las múltiples derivaciones de una crisis que conjuga la doble condición de ser tan vieja como el ser humano y, al mismo tiempo, desconcertantemente novedosa para una generación que se creía inmune al dolor, al sufrimiento y a la muerte, en un Occidente, “donde hemos nacido durante décadas con derecho a la inmortalidad y a asistir al Apocalipsis” advertía el filósofo Salvador Alba Rico (1). Pero, mas allá de las enfermedades y duelos personales, ¿en qué estado colectivo nos dejará todo esto? En un desafío existencial que nos exigirá despertar y reaccionar.

    Crisis es peligro y oportunidad. ¿Para quienes y para qué?

    : The challenge of conviating the multiple drifts of a crisis that combines the dual condition of being as old as human beings is difficult and, at the same time, disconcertingly novel for a generation believed immune to pain, suffering and death, in a West, “where we were born for decades with the right to immortality and to attend the Apocalypse”, warned the philosopher Salvador Alba Rico (1). But, beyond personal diseases and duels, in what collective state will all this leave us? In an existential challenge that will require us to wake up and react. Crisis is danger and opportunity. For whom and for what?
