    La industria de las reuniones es una modalidad turística que ha alcanzado una sustancial madurez, posicionándose como motora del desarrollo del turismo a diversas escalas. En este sentido, no es casual que muchos destinos internacionales sostengan un fuerte interés por desarrollar este segmento.

    Bahía Blanca no queda ajena a dicha situación. Sin embargo existe cierta dificultad de articulación e integración a nivel local. El estudio plantea como objetivo colaborar con el posicionamiento de Bahía Blanca como ciudad sede del turismo de reuniones a través de la creación de una herramienta concreta, capaz de articular la actividad y contribuir al desarrollo.

    The meetings industry is a type of tourism that has evolved significantly, becoming a driving force for the development of tourism at different scales. Thus, it is no coincidence that many international destinations are deeply interested in developing this segment.

    The city of Bahía Blanca is not foreign to the meetings industry. However, there is some difficulty in terms of coordination and integration at the local level. The purpose of this study is to contribute to Bahía Blanca’s positioning as a host city in relation to the meetings industry through the creation of a specific course of action that will allow to coordinate the sector and further local development.
