This paper deals with study and explain the transgender movement in Spain and their demands, alliances and opportunities within the LGBT movement, between 2008 and 2016, that is during the second Socialist government of Zapatero and the first People's Party Rajoy, from a human rights approach and in light of the modern theory of mobilization.
