El breve análisis de la Convención Internacional sobre la Protección de los Derechos de Todos los Trabajadores Migratorios y de sus Familiares, se fundamenta en los objetivos planteados para la protección de los derechos humanos de este colectivo en el Estado receptor a los 25 años de su existencia y si se han llegado a concretar esos objetivos teniendo en cuenta, que sólo han sido ratificados hasta la fecha por 47 Estados Partes de donde son origen la mayoría de los trabajadores migrantes, más no es así por parte de los Estados receptores de migrantes

The brief analysis of The International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, it is based on the objectives for the protection of the human rights of this group in the receiving State to the 25 years of its existence and if is have arrived to realize those objectives bearing in has, that only have been ratified until the date by 47 States parties of where are origin it most of them workers migrant, but not so by the receiving States of migrants.
