    En 1928, el industrial y comercial Ricardo Sánchez Cuenca encarga la construcción de su residencia al arquitecto Miguel Ángel Navarro. El chalet, de estilo neorrenacentista y del gusto de la burguesía acaudalada de la época, constituye en Calatayud un referente de la arquitectura privada de la ciudad. El trabajo desarrolla un estudio de la villa, su construcción, funcionamiento y su vida diaria y social.

    In 1.928, industrialist and bussinessman Ricardo Sánchez Cuenca, orders from architec Miguel Ángel Navarro the building of his residende, a home according to the tastes of the wealthy elites of era. The villaje of neo-renaissance style, it constitutes in Calatayud a referrer of the prívate architecture in the city. The work develops a study of the villa, its construction, inner Works, the daily and social life of the home.
