    This article has the aim of analyzing the trajectory of the specific support of a writing group, which at the first moment, in the Academia dos Novos, was typed books, and from 1946, became a literary supplement, the Arte-Literatura. The analysis is not based on the representation of the insert to the ordinary readers of the newspaper, but on the meaning that the newspaper had for the group that created it, the Turma do Central.

    Este artigo tem o fito de analisar a trajetória específica do suporte do escrito de um grupo, que, num primeiro momento, na Academia dos Novos, eram livros datilografados, e que, a partir de 1946, passou a ser um suplemento literário, o Arte-Literatura. A análise não se pautará na representação deste encarte para os leitores comuns de jornal, mas no significado que esse periódico teve para o grupo que o idealizara, a Turma do Central.
