Lorenzo y Flavia son dos jóvenes con discapacidad. Concluyeron sus estudios secundarios mediante ajustes y apoyos, superando todas las evaluaciones. En el año 2017 el Estado provincial les negó el título que acredita el fin del ciclo y habilita para el trabajo y la continuidad en sus estudios. Llegan a la Clínica Jurídica en Discapacidad, a partir de lo cual inician una intervención, primero administrativa luego judicial, para obtener el título sin discriminación. En el trabajo que sigue analizamos las derivas de este caso, el impacto del cambio convencional en las prácticas y regulaciones internas y lo que nos enseñó.

Lorenzo and Flavia are two young people with disabilities. They concluded their high school studies with accommodations and supports, and passed all the exams. In 2017, the Province of Buenos Aires denied to deliver their diplomas, which are required both to work and to continue their studies. With the support of the Clinic for Persons with Disabilities of the University of La Plata, Lorenzo and Flavia filed administrative and judicial claims to obtain their diplomas without discrimination. In this article we analyze this case and its implications, the impact of conventional change on internal practices and regulations and what it taught to us.
