Militancia y trabajo comunitario. Perspectiva de las organizaciones políticas territoriales

    En este trabajo se presentan análisis correspondientes a una línea de investigación acerca del trabajo comunitario en la ciudad de Córdoba, que se inició con un estudio en el período 1998-2000 y se dio continuidad en los bienios 2012-2013, 2014-2015 y 2016-2017. Se incluyeron en las muestras distintos actores: trabajadores de equipos estatales de nivel municipal y provincial, cátedras universitarias que realizan trabajo comunitario, ONG´s y más recientemente –período 2014-2017- se incorporaron Organizaciones Políticas Territoriales (OPT). Aquí se exponen reflexiones en torno a la idea de militancia, entendida como un hacer en territorio que caracteriza estas organizaciones. Se presentarán las categorías fundamentales del complejo conceptual, así como la lectura de contexto que enmarca el análisis. Se prestará especial atención a los cambios producidos por el nuevo contexto político que se inicia –en nuestro país- con el triunfo electoral de la alianza Cambiemos a nivel nacional. Se seguirán los ejes que constituyen el instrumento de indagación: qué hace y qué se espera que haga un militante, la “idea política” más importante, cambios en los militantes a partir del nuevo gobierno nacional, lo que motiva hoy a hacer militancia.

    In this work we present the analysis corresponding to a research line about the communitary work in the city of Córdoba, which started with a study inthe period 1998-2000 and continued in the bienniums 2012-2013, 2014-2015 and 2016-2017. Distinct actors were included in the samples: workers from state teams of municipal and provincial level, universitary courses that make communitary work, NGO's and more recently -period 2014-2017-Political Territorial Organizations were incorporated. Here we expose reflections about the idea of militancy, understood as a making in a territory that characterizes these organizations. We present the fundamental categories of the conceptual complex, and also the interpretation of the context that defines the analysis. We put special attention to the changes produced by the new political context that it is starting -in our country-with the electoral triumph of the party Cambiemos at the national level. We shall follow the axis that constitute the instrument of investigation: what does an activist and what is expected to do, the more important "political idea", changes in the activists from the new national government, what motivates today to do militancy.
