Relational coordination in the entrepreneurial ecosystem

    bjetivo: el presente trabajo pretende evaluar la efectividad de los viveros de empresas y aceleradoras de negocio a la hora de lanzar cualquier tipo de iniciativa empresarial al mercado con el objetivo de ver si efectivamente cumplen las expectativas de generación de empleo y creación de valor para la sociedad; por lo tanto, si son un instrumento rentable para conseguirlo, tratando de averiguar si los resultados obtenidos de estas entidades nacen a raíz de cumplir con las diferentes dimensiones del modelo de coordinación relacional.

    Metodología: la metodología del presente artículo expone un marco teórico donde se ponen de manifiesto las entidades que existen para ayudar al emprendedor. A su vez, se realiza mediante método Delphi una encuesta a distintos expertos en la materia con el fin de obtener de ellos unas conclusiones o argumentos que aporten más información.

    Resultados: los resultados de este trabajo son positivos, los programas de apoyo al emprendimiento juegan un papel relevante en el desarrollo del ecosistema emprendedor, creando un entorno idóneo para las start-ups.

    Limitaciones: una posible limitación de este estudio es que solo se han implicado a los viveros de empresa y aceleradoras de negocio sin tener en cuenta otro tipo de entidades como pueden ser los espacios de coworking y cuyo cometido es similar.

    Implicaciones prácticas: actualmente, existe un creciente interés por parte de las administraciones públicas y empresas privadas por crear entidades de estas características con el objetivo de impulsar la innovación y el desarrollo económico de nuestra sociedad.

    研究目的：本研究目的为分析企业创业服务中心以及企业加速器在向市场推出各类型业务计划时之有效性，以了解其是否有效地创造就业机会并带来社会价值, 从而分析它们是否为有利的工具。我们尝试找出从这些机构所获得的结果是否能够符合关系协调模型的不同维度。 分析方法：本文的分析方法展示出一套理论框架，当中提及那些给企业家提供协助的机构。同时，研究通过德尔菲法，对本领域的好几位专家进行了问卷调查来获得一些结论或论点，从而提供更多信息。 研究结论：本研究获得正面结论：促进企业家发展的计划，在企业家生态系统的发展中发挥着重要的角色，其为初创企业提供了理想的创业环境。 研究局限：这项研究的潜在局限为，研究仅涉及创业服务中心和企业加速器，而没有考虑其他类型的机构，例如共同工作空间，其功用甚为相似。 实际应用：目前，公共行政部门及私营企业对创建具有这些特征的机构以促进我们社会的创新和经济发展越来越感兴趣。

    Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of business incubators and business accelerators when launching any type of business initiative on to the market, with the aim of discovering whether or not they effectively meet the expectations of both job and value creation for society at large and, consequently, whether or not they are a profitable instrument to achieve this. The aim is to try to establish whether the results obtained these organisations are a result of complying with the different dimensions of the relational coordination model.

    Methodology: The methodology of this article sets out a theoretical framework which highlights the organisations that exist to help the entrepreneur. At the same time, this is done by means of the Delphi method, a survey of different experts in the field, in order to obtain a number of conclusions or arguments that will provide more information.

    Results: The results of this study have been positive: Entrepreneurship support programmes that play an important role in the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, creating an ideal environment for startups.

    Limitations: A possible limitation of this study is that only business incubators and business accelerators have been involved, without bearing other types of organisations in mind, such as coworking centres, whose mission is also similar.

    Practical implications: There is currently a growing interest on the part of public administrations and private companies in creating organisations with these characteristics, with the aim of promoting innovation and economic development in our society.
