    Esta reflexión permite analizar los problemas jurídicos y bioéticos que surgen en la prostitución y su inducción, a partir del principio bioético y el plano internacional. El método es teórico-cualitativo con enfoque hermenéutico crítico, y la información se obtiene mediante la consulta bibliográfica de textos, artículos de revistas indexadas, normatividad y jurisprudencia. Se concluye que la prostitución se ha interpretado por el Derecho a partir del utilitarismo. Se describen modelos de esta actividad. La mujer ha sido víctima por su condición de vulnerabilidad de género, su pobreza, su marginalidad y ha tenido que recurrir a esta actividad como opción.

    This reflection allows us to analyze the legal and bioethical problems that arise in prostitution and its induction, based on the bioethical principle and on the international level. The method is theoretical-qualitative with a critical hermeneutical approach, and the information obtained is through bibliographic consultation of texts, articles from indexed journals, regulations and jurisprudence. It is concluded that prostitution has been interpreted by law based on utilitarianism. Models of this activity are described. The woman has been a victim due to her condition of gender vulnerability, her poverty, her marginality and has had to appeal to this activity as an option.
