Ir más allá de “lo político”: La reflexión de Carl Schmitt y la respuesta de Heidegger

    El artículo examina las relaciones entre el pensamiento de Martin Heidegger y el de Carl Schmitt. Partimos de la determinación de la naturaleza de “lo político” por parte del jurista y examinamos las correspondencias temáticas entre sus escritos y Ser y tiempo. En segundo lugar, delimitamos los diferentes significados que Heidegger atribuye al término “política” para identificar los núcleos del examen de la política en su pensamiento. Usualmente se sostiene que esta cuestión consistiría en la crítica de la modernidad política por parte del filósofo de Messkirch. Creemos que no hay una posición única en su pensamiento y que su indagación sobre la política encuentra importantes coincidencias con el de Schmitt; por último, veremos que Heidegger se servirá de las ideas del jurista, las que le permitirán establecer la significación política del problema de la técnica, y que encontrará en él a un contendiente, contra quien afirmará que hay que ir más allá de “lo político”. Debido a las proyecciones metafísicas del pensamiento del jurista, se convertirá en un polemista a su medida.

    The article examines the relationships between the thinking of Martin Heidegger and that of Carl Schmitt. We start from the jurist's determination of the nature of “the political” and examine the thematic correspondences between his writings and Being and Time. Second, we delimit the different meanings that Heidegger attributes to the term "politics" to identify the nuclei of the examination of politics in his thought. It is usually held that this question would consist of the criticism of political modernity by the Messkirch philosopher. We believe that there is no unique position in his thinking and that his inquiry into politics finds important coincidences with that of Schmitt; Finally, we will see that Heidegger will use the jurist's ideas, which will allow him to establish the political significance of the problem of technique, and that he will find in him a contender, against whom he will affirm that one must go beyond “the political”. Due to the metaphysical projections of the jurist's thought, he will become a polemicist for him.
