    El presente estudio abarca la ejecución de un estudio descriptivo, que desagrega los enfoques de la vigilancia en la organización de 416 empresas reconocidas en Ecuador. El estudio concluye con una preferencia en el uso de las herramientas de vigilancia humana laboral, dando a entender que las organizaciones ecuatorianas tienden a preocuparse en mayor porcentaje en el comportamiento individual del personal y la protección de sus bienes, obviamente que se muestra un comportamiento sinérgico entre las herramientas de vigilancia estratégica lo que demuestra una ejecución en paralelo de dichos medios.

    This study covers the execution of a descriptive study, which breaks down the surveillance approaches in the organization of 416 recognized companies in Ecuador. The study concludes with a preference in the use of human labor surveillance tools, implying that Ecuadorian organizations tend to be more concerned with the individual behavior of personnel and the protection of their property, obviously showing synergistic behavior among the strategic surveillance tools, which shows a parallel execution of these means.

    Surveillance technologies have generated great changes in all areas of this society, especially in the organizational sphere, promoting the development of new surveillance and control methodologies under a development vision. These methods make the capture of data from different sources more accessible, reducing the effects of space / time; however, technology has no regard for the levels of surveillance applied to humans. Hence the interest in the execution of a descriptive study, which breaks down the surveillance approaches in the organization of 416 recognized companies in Ecuador. The study concludes with a preference in the use of human labor surveillance tools, implying that Ecuadorian organizations tend to be more concerned with the individual behavior of personnel and the protection of their property, obviously showing synergistic behavior among the strategic surveillance tools, which shows a parallel execution of these means.
