After a quick illustration of the legal-administrative and historical connotations related to the rational masters of the Naples mint Court, the author presents four privileges directed to these magistrates. The documents fully transcribed in the study were issued respectively by Giovanna I, Alfonso the Magnanimous, Ferdinand I and Philip II, but they contain references also to the realms of Robert of Anjou, Charles III of Durace, Louis II of Anjou, Ladislao and Joanna II of Anjou-Durace, a circumstance that denotes a centuries-old continuity for some prerogatives of this judiciary.
