Obiettivo del presente studio è quello di capire se le azioni intraprese dagli Stati membri dell’Unione Europea (UE) siano riuscite o meno durante l’emergenza COVID-19 a garantire un adeguato bilanciamento tra i propri interessi nazionali e il rispetto dei diritti fondamentali della Convenzione europea dei diritti dell’uomo (CEDU) più direttamente connessi allo Spazio di Libertà, Sicurezza e Giustizia (SLSG) dell’UE.
The aim of this study is to understand whether or not the actions taken by the Member States of the European Union (EU) during the COVID-19 emergency were successful in ensuring an adequate balance between their national interests and respect of the fundamental rights set out in the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) most directly related to the EU Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (AFSJ).
