The minimal inhibitory concentration of Eucalyptus sp., Schinus terebintifolius and Cassia alata extracts was determined in three bacterial species of Aeromonas genus, of pathogenic-fish. Doble serial dilutions method in liquid medium were used with a bacterial concentration of 108UFC/mL. The results showed that Aeromonas salmomicida atipica had the highest sensibility when acting upon the extracts previously mentioned whose values of minimal inhibitory concentration ranged between 0.10 mg/mL and 0.32 mg/mL . All the extracts assessed had a bactericide activity related to at least one of the species tested. The Eucalyptus sp. extracts showed a bactericide activity above 100% of the strains tested.
