Resumen de Tributación ambiental y energías renovables en la provincia de Buenos Aires

  La regulación vigente de la Provincia de Buenos Aires efectivamente promueve las energías renovables a través de la Tributación Ambiental, aunque sólo utilizando dos benefi cios fi scales (exención y estabilidad fi scal) que afectan a tres impuestos provinciales en relación al biocombustible y las energías renovables en general. De manera que, si bien se han dado importantes pasos en este sentido con el dictado de numerosas normas que, a su vez, están coordinadas con la normativa nacional, aún queda un largo camino por recorrer. En este camino no sólo sería bueno aumentar los benefi cios fi scales, sino también implementar tributos ambientales para desalentar la generación y el uso de energías no renovables.

  The current regulation of the Province of Buenos Aires effectively promotes renewable energy through Environmental Taxation, although only using two tax benefi ts (exemption and fi scal stability) that affect three provincial taxes regarding biofuel and renewable energies in general. So, while important steps have been taken in this regard with the issuance of numerous standards that, in turn, are coordinated with national regulations, there is still a long way to go. In this way it would not only be good to increase the tax benefi ts, but also to implement environmental taxes to discourage the generation and use of non-renewable energy
