Este trabajo tiene por objeto analizar y describir la normativa vigente sobre energías renovables en la Provincia de San Juan, identifi cando y valorando aquellas normas que, a través de diversas medidas tributarias o fi nancieras, propician el uso de las energías renovables, a fi n de disminuir o evitar el daño ambiental. La Provincia de San Juan, aplica medidas tributarias ambientales a fi n de promover el uso de las energías renovables, lo cuál se infi ere del análisis de su normativa. Tiene como prioridad el uso de las energías renovables que constituye una política de Estado, tanto en materia de energía solar, como eólica, aprovechamientos hidroeléctricos, energía geotérmica y energía a partir de biomasa

The purpose of this work is to analyze and describe the current regulations on renewable energies in the Province of San Juan, identifying and valuing those norms that, through various tax or fi nancial measures, favor the use of renewable energies, in order to reduce or prevent environmental damage. The Province of San Juan, applies environmental tax measures to promote the use of renewable energy, which is inferred from the analysis of its regulations. Its priority is the use of renewable energy that constitutes a state policy, both in terms of solar energy, such as wind, hydroelectric uses, geothermal energy and biomass energy
