    El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo un estudio del planteamiento teórico de la Poética del Sentimiento, o Poética Sentimental, del teórico literario Antonio García Berrio. Ante todo, abordaremos la situación presente de las investigaciones que giran alrededor de dicho concepto, a efectos de dar cuenta de la insuficiencia de las discusiones teóricas de dicha doctrina y la necesariedad de la profundización de las mismas. Por consiguiente, trazaremos una breve historia de las evoluciones de este concepto en los pensamientos de García Berrio con miras a adentrarnos en las raíces genéticas y el raciocinio diacrónico de la Poética del Sentimiento. Por último, intentaremos establecer relaciones entre la Poética Sentimental y las enjundias del círculo lingüístico cognitivo con motivo de dar cuenta de las confluencias entre ambas perspectivas, el fundamento cognitivo de la primera y la superación epistemológica de dicha Poética a la segunda, y, asimismo, de abordar las potencialidades cognitivas y el desarrollo de las posibles dimensiones constructivistas de la Poética del Sentimiento.

    The present article constitutes a study of the theory Poetics of Sentiments, or Sentimental Poetics, of the literary theorist Antonio García Berrio. First of all, we would deal with the present situation of the investigations about the concept of Poetics of Sentiments in order to demonstrate the insufficiency of its theoretic discussions and the necessity of its further study. Hence, we would outline a breve history of the evolutions of the above-mentioned concept in the thoughts of García Berrio in order to penetrate the genetic roots and the diachronic ratiocination of the Poetics of Sentiments. Lastly, we would attempt to establish relations between the Sentimental Poetics and the concepts of the cognitive linguistic circle so as to discover the confluences between the two perspectives, the cognitive basis of the first and the epistemological superiority of the above-mentioned poetics in comparison with the second, and furthermore, to reflect on the cognitive potentialities and the development of the possible constructivist dimensions of the Poetics of Sentiments.
