El enfoque dialógico en los procesos de participación ciudadana

    Presentamos las principales características de las metodologías participativas y la importancia de realizar su implementación a través de una mirada dialógica que nos permita mejorar nuestras propias prácticas. Consideramos que cuidar esta dimensión relacional es fundamental porque puede prevenir situaciones de fragmentación grupal y puede aumentar la motivación hacia la participación, evitando así que se reproduzcan algunos esquemas de dominación que están presentes en nuestro entorno cotidiano.

    El objetivo del Enfoque Dialógico Transformador (EDT) es contribuir y favorecer la transformación de la sociedad a través de la creación de estructuras dialógicas que promueven el diálogo y la trascendencia noviolenta de los conflictos. Se describen algunas herramientas operativas de intervención, que han mostrado ser eficaces para: crear estructuras empoderantes que permiten pasar del debate al diálogo; crear estructuras dialógicas y participativas que no niegan ni huyen del conflicto sino que lo gestionan creativamente en el marco de estructuras mayéuticas apropiadas;

    cuidar y cambiar la lógica de las relaciones que necesariamente han de estar basadas en el reconocimiento. En definitiva, para crear estructuras y desarrollar competencias que facilitan el diálogo, la creatividad y la inteligencia colectiva son herramientas imprescindibles.

    We present the main features of participatory methodologies and the importance of implementing them through a dialogical perspective that allows us to improve our own practices. We believe that taking care of this relational dimension is fundamental because it can prevent situations of group fragmentation and can increase the motivation towards participation, thus avoiding the reproduction of certain patterns of domination that are present in our daily environment.

    The objective of the Transformative Dialogic Approach (EDT) is to contribute and favor the transformation of society through the creation of dialogical structures that promote dialogue and the nonviolent transcendence of conflicts. Some operational intervention tools are described, which have been shown to be effective in: creating empowering structures that allow moving from debate to dialogue; creating dialogical and participative structures that neither deny nor flee conflict but manage it creatively within the framework of appropriate maieutic structures; taking care and changing the logic of the relationships that must necessarily be based on recognition. In short, in order to create structures and develop skills that facilitate dialogue, creativity and collective intelligence are essential tools.
