    Due to the COVID-19 crisis, civil society has organised to confront the difficulties derived from insufficiency and inefficiency of institutional policies. Stemming from 5 semi-structured interviews targeted to volunteers of horizontal-solidarity initiatives in the catalan context, and the results obtained from a state-ranged survey, there is an approach to the mobilisation of the informal citizenship. Here are stated aspects like the expectations of the people that are involved, the typology of the initiatives and the tasks they carry through, their evolution, the creation of social cohesion and the importance of ICT.

    Arran de la crisi de la COVID-19, la societat civil s’ha organitzat per fer front a les problemàtiques derivades de la insuficiència i ineficiència de les polítiques institucionals. A partir de 5 entrevistes semiestructurades realitzades a voluntaris d’iniciatives de solidaritat horitzontal en el context català, i els resultats obtinguts amb una enquesta a escala estatal, es fa una aproximació a la mobilització ciutadana informal. Apareixen aspectes com les expectatives de les persones implicades, la tipologia de les iniciatives i les tasques que duen a terme, l’evolució d’aquestes, la creació de cohesió social i la importància de les TIC.
