    e analiza la sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea, Sala Segunda, de 20 Jun. 2019, C-100/2018, Ponente: Arabadjiev, Alexander, en la que se trata el caso de un incendio de un vehículo aparcado en el garaje de un inmueble y la reclamación a la aseguradora del vehículo de los daños sufridos por el inmueble, El TJUE resuelve en el sentido de que el siniestro está comprendido en el concepto de «circulación de vehículos» que figura en el art. 3.1 de la Directiva 2009/103/CE, de 16 de septiembre de 2009, relativa al seguro de la responsabilidad civil que resulta de la circulación de vehículos automóviles.

    This paper analyses the judgement of the Court of Justice of the European Union, Second Chamber, of 20 June 2019, C-100/2018, Rapporteur: Arabadjiev, Alexander, concerning the case of a fire in a vehicle parked in the garaje of a building and the claim against the insurer of the vehicle for the damage suffered by the building, The ECJ rules that the loss is covered by the concept of 'circulation of vehicles' contained in Article 3.1 of Directive 2009/103/EC of 16 September 2009 relating to insurance against civil liability in respect of the use of motor vehicles.
