    Se ha conseguido sintetizar a presión atmosférica soluciones sólidas de las fases uvarovita-grosularita, estructura granate; ésta última sólo obtenida hasta ahora a elevadas presiones, utilizando como método de síntesis el proceso sol-gel. La determinación de las características estructurales de los productos obtenidos se han llevado a cabo por DRX, espectroscopia UV-visible, espectroscopia IR y MEB/EDX

    The solid solutions of uvarovite-grossularite, garnet structure, have been synthetized at atmospheric pressure. The grossularite phase, only obtained until date at higher pressures, has been obtained first time at normal pressure by using the sol-gel processing. The full characterization and structural determination of the former phases has been carried out by: XRD, UV, IR and visible spectroscopies and SEM/EDX
