    Se trata de la revisión escrita de la ponencia ofrecida por el Autor en Vº Congreso Internacional de Derechos Humanos”. Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales, Tunja, Colombia, 26 de octubre de 2016. La Circular núm. 6 de 2006 de la Fiscalía General del Estado español ofrece un primer elemento para reflexionar en el caso de los operadores que acogen al menor extranjero y que tengan dudas sobre la edad del menor o presunto menor, a fin de comunicar al Ministerio Fiscal las dudas y éste autorizará las pruebas médico-diagnóstico.

    This is the written review of the paper offered by the Author at the Fifth International Congress on Human Rights. Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia, Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Tunja, Colombia, October 26, 2016. The Circular no. 6 of 2006 of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Spanish State offers a first element to reflect on the case of the operators that welcome the foreign minor and who have doubts about the age of the minor or presumed minor, in order to communicate to the Prosecutor the doubts and He shall authorize the medical-diagnostic tests.
