    Los derechos pueden ser de muchas formas, según garanticen la integridad, la libertad o la igualdad, estas formas se protegen por las diferentes acciones nacionales e internacionales, sin embargo no todos los mecanismos para hacer eficaces estos derechos son de la misma fuerza jurídica. La existencia de una tutela judicial efectiva, para todos los tipos de derechos no se refleja plenamente consagrada. Por lo tanto creemos en la necesidad de establecer mecanismos de igualdad de amparo para todos los derechos.

    Rights can be in many forms, according to guarantee the integrity, freedom or equality, these forms are protected by different national and international actions, however not all mechanisms to make effective these rights are of the same legal force. The existence of an effective remedy for all types of rights is not reflected fully consecrated. Therefore we believe in the need to establish mechanisms under equal rights for all.
