Prueba para evaluar desarrollo técnico-táctico del remate en jugadores de voleibol de playa categoría escolar

    El voleibol de Playa de alto rendimiento es cada vez más exigente, y precisa que sus jugadores, alcancen altos resultados en la acción de remate, por ser esta una de las más espectaculares y decisivas para conseguir el triunfo. Esta modalidad deportiva en Cuba, aún no cuenta con el Programa Integral de Preparación del Deportista, que oriente a los entrenadores, para realizar un control efectivo del desarrollo que alcanzan los jugadores de la categoría escolar, en la realización del remate. Por esta razón, el objetivo de la investigación fue diseñar una prueba para evaluar, durante el proceso de preparación deportiva, el desarrollo técnico-táctico que van experimentando los jugadores de voleibol de Playa categoría escolar, en la ejecución del remate. La investigación se realizó en tres fases: a) análisis de la situación actual del control del desarrollo de los jugadores y las necesidades de los entrenadores, donde se realizaron entrevistas a 24 entrenadores de voleibol de Playa de iniciación de Cuba y se determinan las limitaciones de los estudios precedentes; b) diseño de la prueba, a través de talleres de trabajo con 18 entrenadores de voleibol de playa participantes en los juegos escolares nacionales de Cuba en la temporada 2016; c) validación de la prueba por especialistas, para obtener la validez de contenido. Como resultado del proceso realizado se diseña una prueba que toma en consideración las características y necesidades de aprendizaje en esta modalidad deportiva

    The high performance beach volleyball is increasingly demanding, and requires that their players reach high results in the auction action, as this is one of the most spectacular and decisive to achieve the victory. This sports modality in Cuba, does not yet have the Integral Program of Preparation of the Athlete, that guides the coaches to realize an effective control of the development that reach the players of the school category in the realization of the auction. For this reason, the objective of the research was to design a test to evaluate, during the sports preparation process, the technical-tactical development experienced by Beach Volleyball players in the school category, in the execution of the auction. The research was carried out in three phases: a) analysis of the current situation of the control of the development of the players and the needs of the coaches, where interviews were carried out with 24 beach volleyball coaches of initiation of Cuba and the limitations of the preceding studies; b) design of the test, through workshops with 18 beach volleyball coaches participating in the national school games of Cuba in the 2016 season; c) validation of the test by specialists, to obtain the content validity. As a result of the process carried out, a test is designed that takes into consideration the characteristics and needs of learning in this sport modality.
