¿Qué buscamos cuando visitamos nuevos lugares?, ¿Descubrir?, ¿Inspeccionar?, ¿Conocer?,… Realmente aquello que queremos es información sobre el lugar, sus costumbres, su historia, etc., pero dado que al viajar estamos en nuestro tiempo de ocio, necesitamos que esta información sea amable y entendedora. Necesitamos una información tratada y digerida, lista para ser ingerida sin apenas percatarnos. De este modo, a lo largo de estas páginas se presenta un conjunto de treinta prácticas, actualizadas y recopiladas a partir los consejos de profesionales en la materia que, implementándolas en cualquier centro de atención al visitante, se conseguirán satisfacer las necesidades de conocimiento de todo aquél interesado. La mediación humana, la museografía y las nuevas tecnologías son la puerta de entrada al mundo de la interpretación patrimonial y, a partir de ellas, se es capaz de llegar a cualquier tipo de visitante. Actually what we want is information about that place, its culture, its history but, as we are in our free time when travelling, we need a kind and understandable information. We seek for treated and digested information, ready be taken barely noticing. In this way, the objective of these pages is to identify those good practices that all mediation resources should consider when planning the museography of a heritage infrastructure.
