Resumen de Análisis estructural de invernaderos: alternativas en invernaderos multitúnel

  El invernadero multitúnel es uno de los invernaderos comerciales más empleados en España y otros países mediterráneos. Existen diversos trabajos relacionados con la estructura de invernaderos, aunque generalmente estas son analizadas desde un punto de vista descriptivo (von Elsner et al. 2000a, von Elsner et al. 2000b). En este trabajo se analizan tres alternativas estructurales de invernaderos multitunel, incluyendo sus cimentaciones, con el objetivo de calcular su precio por metro cuadrado. Las tres alternativas estructurales se analizaron por medio un análisis matricial en 2º orden considerando la estructura en 3 dimensiones, de modo que tiene en cuenta la influencia de los elementos estructurales contenidos en el plano de la estructura y los perpendiculares al plano de la estructura (correa, canalón y tornapunta). Para el cálculo matricial de las estructuras se ha desarrollado un programa en Matlab, en el que se eligen las cargas y perfiles en función de la ubicación del invernadero, se calcula la estructura y cimentación y se muestran los resultados del coste por metro cuadrado así como se informa del cumplimiento de las comprobaciones de secciones y barras de acuerdo con el Eurocódigo 3. En relación con las tres alternativas estructurales, estas variaciones se consiguen mediante la modificación del diseño del invernadero tomado como base: a) eliminando elementos estructurales b) modificando la separación entre los pórticos y aumentando la rigidez del canalón y correas.

  The multi-tunnel greenhouse is one of the most widely used commercial greenhouses in Spain and other Mediterranean countries. There are several works related to the structure of greenhouses, but generally these are analyzed from a descriptive point of view (von Elsner et al. 2000a, von Elsner et al. 2000b). In this work we analyze three structural alternatives of multitunel greenhouses, including its foundations, in order to calculate the price per square meter. The three structural alternatives were analyzed using an analysis matrix 2nd order considering the structure in three dimensions, so that takes into account the influence of the structural elements contained in the plane of the structure and perpendicular to the plane of the structure (purlin , gutter and stay). A computer program for the matrix analysis has been developed using Matlab, in this program the user chooses the loads and profiles to consider depending on the area in which it is applied, calculates the structure and foundation and shows (i) the cost per m2 of greenhouse; (ii) reports the cross-section and member verifications according to the ultimate limit state of the Eurocode 3. In relation to the three structural alternatives, these variations are achieved by the modification of the greenhouse design taken as a basis: a) eliminating structural elements b) modifying the separation between frames increasing the rigidity of the gutter and purlins.
