    La educación, siendo un fenómeno social y universal, proporciona diferentes aristas para contribuir con la formación integral del individuo, fomentando valores que permitan al educando su integración a la sociedad y, al mismo tiempo, brindando herramientas pedagógicas y didácticas para la construcción de su aprendizaje. Por este motivo, el docente debe crear un ambiente positivo partiendo desde la nueva concepción actual, denominada la condición humana, con el fin de lograr que éste pueda obtener nociones y conocimientos favorables a la reflexión, desarrollo de capacidades y refuerzo de erudiciones. Con base a la situación expuesta, este artículo plantea una reflexión crítica, interpretación y argumentación de planteamientos expuestos por diversos autores relacionados con el objeto de estudio, el cual consiste en El educando y la condición humana actual: Una visión en la formación del futuro docente.

    Education, being a social and universal phenomenon, provides different edges to contribute to the integral formation of the individual, promoting values that allow the learner to integrate into society more easily and at the same time, providing intellectual tools in the construction of knowledge. For this reason, the teacher must be a mediator of pedagogical and teaching tools in order to guide student learning and create a positive environment starting from the current new concept, called the human condition to ensure that it can get ideas and knowledge favorable to reflection, to developing capacity and strengthening of erudition. Based on the above situation, this article presents a critical reflection, interpretation and argumentation of proposals presented by various authors related to object of study, which consists of the learner and the current human condition: A view in teacher training future.
