El presente trabajo pertenece al proyecto de investigación concluido en 2017 en la Universidad de Sevilla, dirigido por Oliva Rodríguez. Tiene por objeto la realización de una revisión y actualización bibliográfica a fin de analizar y sintetizar la información existente sobre la fabricación y distribución de material constructivo en el valle medio del Guadalquivir durante la segunda mitad del siglo I a.C. hasta el siglo III, dentro del contexto de la construcción romana y no como una investigación aislada sobre materiales constructivos

This work belongs to the research project finished in 2017 at the University of Seville, directed by Oliva Rodríguez. The purpose is to carry out a bibliographic review and update in order to synthesize information on the manufacture and distribution of construction material in the Guadalquivir valley during the period from the second quarter of the 1st century BC to the 3rd century AD. This work is understood within the context of the Roman construction of the middle valley of the Guadalquivir and not as an isolated investigation on constructive materials
