    La presente investigación se divide en dos etapas.

    La primer etapa que es la que a continuación se describe consiste en analizar la comunicación organizacional interna entre los directivos y los docentes, en el marco del incremento de la eficacia en el logro de objetivos institucionales a través de la realización de entrevistas y la aplicación de un instrumento de investigación integrado por 50 ítems, estructurado de acuerdo a la escala de Likert y con un coeficiente de confiabilidad de Cron Bach de 0.825 y validado a través del método Delphi y la aplicación de cuestionario piloto. Con la información obtenida es posible realizar un análisis sobre la incidencia que la comunicación interna presenta en el logro de objetivos institucionales del sector educativo en 3 instituciones educativa establecidas en el municipio de Celaya, Gto., de tal manera, que permita apreciar su inferencia en el prestigio y logro de metas institucionales.

    The research is divided into two stages.
