Resumen de Beneficio de las tutorías Académicas: Caso de Ingeniería Eléctrica de la UV Zona Xalapa

  Al momento que un estudiante ingresa a la carrera de Ingeniería Eléctrica de la Universidad Veracruzana, tiene programadas las Experiencias Educativas del primer semestre, lo cual le simplifica el proceso de admisión. Sin embargo, antes de iniciar el segundo semestre, se topa con la problemática de la elección adecuada de las experiencias educativas que debe cursar, ya que al tener un modelo educativo flexible, el sistema de preinscripciones no tiene restricciones en cuanto a seriación dentro de la curricula. Esta problemática se ha resuelto al implementar un sistema de asignación adecuada de tutores, así como el incrementar el seguimiento que se da desde el programa de tutorías académicas, disminuyendo de esta manera el rezago académico que se venía presentando. En este artículo se dan a conocer los resultados obtenidos en la Facultad de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Campus Xalapa, de la Universidad Veracruzana, verificándose la mejora en los indicadores de eficiencia terminal de los estudiantes.

  When a new student enters to the undergraduate Electrical Engineering program of the Universidad Veracruzana, the student itself has schedule the Educational experiences of the first semester that is soon to begin, which simplify the admission. However right before the second semester is about to begin, it has the problematic to choose the correct educational experiences to take, since the university have a flexible model, the preinscription system have none restrictions at the moment of the appropriate choosing of the order inside the curricula. This problem has been solved by implementing a new system of the correct assignation of tutors, as in to increase the following that is given since the academic tutoring program, as decreasing in this way the academic lag that has been presented. In the following article we will be presenting the results that was been obtain in the Faculty of Electrical engineering, campus Xalapa, of the Universidad Veracruzana, verifying the improve on the indicators of terminal efficiency of the sudents.
