La competencia didáctica en la formación docente

    La competencia didáctica permea la formación de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Educación Preescolar, aun cuando está implícita y se le reconoce por las competencias profesionales que la integran, es preciso enfatizar, porque si bien se habla de una formación integral para la docencia, se requiere sustentar la enseñanza en la teoría específica de cada uno de los campos formativos de educación preescolar, pero, sobre todo, del conocimiento de la didáctica de cada uno de ellos. Es por esto, que este artículo tiene como objetivo:

    analizar el Plan de Estudios de Educación Preescolar 2012 para identificar cómo se integra la competencia didáctica, reflexionar en torno a su desarrollo en los estudiantes y resaltar su importancia en la formación docente. La metodología es cualitativa, se recuperó la investigación-acción, específicamente la fase de reflexión como una reflexión-sobre-la-acción, porque favorece la “comprensión adquirida al tratar el caso concreto”. Este artículo contribuye a la comprensión de la competencia didáctica y su importancia en la formación docente.

    The didactic competence, permeates the formation of the students of the degree in preschool education, even when it is implicit and recognized by the professional competencies that integrate it, It is necessary to emphasize it, because although we talk about a comprehensive training for teaching, it is necessary to support teaching in the specific theory of each of the formative fields of preschool education, but, above all, the knowledge of the didactics of each one of them. This is why this article aims to: Analyze the curriculum of preschool education 2012 to identify how the didactic competence is integrated, to reflect on its development in the students and to highlight their importance in teacher training. The methodology is qualitative, it recovered the research-action, specifically the phase of reflection as a reflection-on-the-action, because it favors the "understanding acquired when dealing with the specific case". This article contributes to the comprehension of the didactic competence and its importance in the teacher training.
