Resumen de Percepción de los estudiantes sobre el trabajo del docente en el aula

  A partir de la implementación del enfoque por competencias, en el que el estudiante es el centro del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje y en el que el maestro pasa a ser un facilitador, hemos visto que persiste la figura del docente como centro del proceso educativo, por lo que en la presente investigación se estudia la actuación del maestro en el aula, desde la perspectiva del estudiante, en cuanto a su estilo de enseñar. El objetivo de este estudio es identificar la percepción del estudiante sobre la actuación de sus maestros en el aula. Es una investigación cuantitativa de tipo exploratorio en la que se parte de la hipótesis de que el modelo docente empleado en el aula influye en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, por lo que se diseñó un instrumento con 33 variables agrupadas en 7 categorías. La muestra, seleccionada por oportunidad, está conformada por 100 sujetos, se aplicó el instrumento en dos Bachilleratos y una licenciatura de la U.A. de C. El análisis de datos revela que existe una mediana tendencia de los estudiantes encuestados, a percibir en la relación con sus docentes, conductas propias de un vínculo de poder.

  From the implementation of the competency-based approach, in which the student is the center of the teaching-learning process and in which the teacher becomes a facilitator, we have seen that the figure of the teacher as the center of the educational process persists, what in the present investigation is studied the performance of the teacher in the classroom, from the perspective of the student, in terms of his style of teaching. The objective of this study is to identify the student's perception of the performance of their teachers in the classroom. It is a quantitative research of exploratory type which is based on the hypothesis that the teaching model used in the classroom influences student learning, so an instrument with 33 variables grouped into 7 categories was designed. The sample, selected by chance, is made up of 100 subjects, the instrument was applied in two Baccalaureate programs and a bachelor's degree from the U.A. of C. The data analysis reveals that there is a median tendency of the surveyed students to perceive in the relationship with their teachers, behaviors characteristic of a power bond.
