    El trabajo del profesor ha venido cambiando con el paso del tiempo, se ha convertido en un medio para lograr el objetivo, la manera de enseñar también ha cambiado, con el Proceso Enseñanza-Aprendizaje E-A, pero el fin siempre ha sido el mismo, el de interesar o enamorar al alumno, esto quiere decir que el estudiante ha sido siempre importante para las instituciones de educación, ya que estos se convierten en el futuro prometedor para la economía del país. En la presente investigación se hace un análisis de la relación entre los tres factores, el profesor, los procesos de aprendizaje y el alumno.

    El principal objetivo es analizar la relación entre profesor, proceso E-A y alumno, y lo que tiene que hacer el docente para enamorar al alumno. Todo mediante el conocimiento de conceptos específicos para comprensión del fenómeno de estudio, finalmente se necesita describir lo que se puede hacer para cumplir con la meta de interesar al alumno en el aprendizaje. El método que se utiliza para la elaboración del presente trabajo es, un enfoque cualitativo, ya que se pretende analizar las características de la problemática para garantizar que efectivamente el profesor es un medio y le proceso E-A es el camino para lograr el único fin de enamorar al alumno. En cuanto al tipo de investigación, se inicia con la recolección de la bibliografía necesaria de los conceptos relevantes para la comprensión del tema, por otro lado, se elabora un cuestionario tipo Likert para obtener los resultados deseados.

    The teacher's work has been changing with the passage of time, it has become a means to achieve the goal, the way of teaching has also changed, with the Teaching-Learning Process EA, but the end has always been the same, the to interest or to fall in love with the student, this means that the student has always been important for educational institutions, since these become the promising future for the economy. In the present investigation an analysis is made of the relationship between the three factors, the teacher, the learning processes and the student. The main objective is to analyze the relationship between teacher, E-A process and student, and what the teacher has to do to make the student fall in love. All through the knowledge of specific concepts for understanding the phenomenon of study, finally you need to describe what can be done to meet the goal of interest to the student in learning. The method used for the preparation of this paper is to have a qualitative approach, since it is intended to analyze the characteristics of the problem to ensure that the teacher is indeed a means and the process EA is the way to achieve the sole purpose of to fall in love with the student. Regarding the type of research, it begins with the collection of the necessary bibliography of the relevant concepts for the understanding of the topic, on the other hand, a Likert questionnaire is elaborated to obtain the desired results
