    El objeto del presente trabajo es el análisis de la incidencia que tiene el reconocimiento del derecho a la asistencia jurídica gratuita al demandante, en relación con el régimen de adopción de las medidas cautelares. En concreto, se analiza la incidencia que la insuficiencia de recursos económicos del demandante puede tener sobre la exigibilidad de prestación de la caución que la LEC impone o, en su caso, sobre la determinación de su cuantía.

    The aim of this paper is to analyse the impact that the recognition of the right to free legal assistance to the plaintiff may have, in relation to the regime for the adoption of precautionary measures. In particular, it analyses the impact that the plaintiff´s insufficient financial resources may have on the enforceability of the caution or guarantee imposed by the LEC or, where appropriate, on the determination of its amount.
