Resumen de Twitter y la argumentación tecno-comunicativa en la nueva ola de la Primavera Árabe en Argelia

  Argelia en 2019 presentó un nuevo episodio que revitalizó el fenómeno de la Primavera Árabe. El motor principal de las revueltas fueron las nuevas tecnologías que ofrecieron no solamente mecanismos y prácticas tecno-comunicativas para la organización y la movilización, sino también herramientas para fortalecer la fuerza argumentativa de los actores sociales. En el presente artículo se analizan, a partir del marco analítico argumentativo, las estrategias discursivas aplicadas por los cibernautas argelinos en la red social Twitter durante las movilizaciones de Argelia. En este análisis se demuestra que las prácticas tecno- comunicativas siguen teniendo un valor fundamental a la hora de movilizar la sociedad árabe a través de mensajes contundentes en vivo y online, que provocaron una segunda insurrección de la Primavera Árabe. Las batallas políticas y sociales que libran los indignados argelinos residen en el léxico de los mensajes producidos en las redes sociales. Es en estas mismas redes donde el poder oficial se ha visto implicado para frenar las manifestaciones.

  Algeria in 2019 presented a new episode that revitalized the phenomenon of the Arab Spring. The main engine of the revolts were new technologies that offered not only techno-communication mechanisms and practices for organization and mobilization, but also tools to strengthen the argumentative force of social actors. This article analyzes, based on the argumentative analytical framework, the discursive strategies applied by Algerian netizens on the Twitter social network during the Algerian mobilizations. This analysis shows that techno-communication practices continue to have a fundamental value when it comes to mobilizing Arab society through forceful messages live and online, which caused a second insurrection in the Arab Spring. The political and social battles waged by the outraged Algerians reside in the vocabulary of the messages produced on social networks. It is in these same networks where the official power has been involved to stop the protests.
