Genograma profesional: La influencia de los formadores en la construcción del estilo terapéutico.

    El propósito del presente artículo es reflexionar acerca de la importancia del Genograma Profesional, tanto para la formación del terapeuta como para los terapeutas en su supervisión. El Genograma Profesional lo entendemos como la representación gráfica de la relación entre el psicoterapeuta y sus formadores (actuales o históricos), que da cuenta de la cercanía o distancia emocional entre ellos, y de las características del estilo terapéutico del formador, que influyeron o influyen en la creación del propio estilo del terapeuta.

    El estilo del terapeuta lo definimos como todas aquellas condiciones idiosincráticas del terapeuta que se materializan en la forma específica individual, habitual y particular de hacer terapia, que viene dada por una influencia relativa de su familia de origen y por la relación con sus formadores.

    Se plantea la utilización práctica del genograma profesional, en donde se puede finalmente entender, por parte del terapeuta, la herencia formativa en la construcción de su propio estilo del terapeuta.

    The purpose of this article is to reflect the importance of the Professional Genogram, for both, trainees as therapist and therapist on supervision. Professional Genogram is understood as the graphical representation of the relationship between the psicotherapist and their trainers (current or historical), which denotes the emotional proximity or distance among them, and the particular therapeutic style of the trainer, that influenced or influence the creation of its own therapeutic style.

    The style of the therapist is defined as all those idiosyncratic conditions of the therapist that materialize in the specific individual, habitual and particular form of therapy, which is given by a relative influence of their family of origin and by the relationship with their trainers.

    It is propose a practical use of this concept, in which finally is understood, from the therapist side, the formative inheritance on the construction of its own therapeutic style.
