In onore di Vittorio Frosini la Luiss ha organizzato due giornate di studio, il 5 maggio 2016 ed il 27 ottobre 2017.
Il maestro già nel 1986 con L’uomo artificiale e nel 1989 con “L’agorà informatica" aveva previsto quella mutazione genetica, che si è verificata, secondo la quale per vivere nella dimensione digitale erano necessarie conoscenze ed esperienze di informatica e telematica. In particolare si sarebbe operato esclusivamente con documenti elettronici (digitalizzazione forzata) trasmessi solo in rete (connettività forzata). Avrebbe assunto importanza l’intellettuale tecnico, in grado di gestire l’automazione di procedure giuridiche fornendo alla macchina sia i dati del problema in forma strutturata (filesem> e recordsem>) che le regole di elaborazione (gli algoritmi).

In honor of Vittorio Frosini, Luiss organized two study days on May 5, 2016 and October 27, 2017.

In particular, it would have operated exclusively with electronic documents (forced digitization) transmitted only on the network (forced connectivity). The technical intellectual would have assumed importance, able to manage the automation of legal procedures by providing the machine with both the data of the problem in a structured form (files and records) and the processing rules (the algorithms).
