    Este trabajo tiene por objeto presentar un diagnóstico sobre cada etapa del proceso civil en Italia, y ofrecer soluciones a los problemas que se logran identificar. Se pretende, por consiguiente, iniciar con el impacto de las reformas legislativas en las sentencias de primera y segunda instancia; en seguida, analizar la ritualidad del juicio en lo que se refiere a la oralidad del proceso civil; los aspectos relevantes sobre la admisibilidad del recurso de apelación; luego, ofrecer un examen sobre el acceso a la justicia; y, finalmente, ofrecer algunas notas sobre los posibles remedios a las problemáticas identificadas.

    This paper aims to present a diagnosis on each stage of the civil process in Italy, and offer solutions to the problems that can be identified. It is intended, therefore, to begin with the impact of legislative reforms on the first and second instance judicial resolutions; next, to analyze the rituality of the trial in regard to the orality of the civil process; the relevant aspects of the admissibility of the appeal; then, offer an exam on access to justice; and finally, to present some notes on the possible remedies to the identified problems.
