    Después de 40 años de la entrada en vigor de la Ley Orgánica 7/1980, de 5 de julio, de libertad religiosa (LOLR) no ha sido hasta estos últimos años cuando el Tribunal Constitucional se ha pronunciado, en varias sentencias, sobre la relación entre esta Ley orgánica y el artículo 149.1.1. de la Constitución Española (CE). En este trabajo se pretende, brevemente, analizar la doctrina del Tribunal Constitucional sobre este artículo 149.1.1. CE y, con más detalle, poner sobre la mesa si la doctrina recogida en estas sentencias es congruente con los principios de libertad, igualdad, laicidad y cooperación.

    After 40 years of the entry into force of Organic Law 7/1980, of July 5, on religious freedom, it has not been until recent years that the Constitutional Court has ruled, in various sentences, on the relationship between this Organic Law and article 149.1.1. Spanish Constitution. In this work, it is briefly intended to analyze the doctrine of the Constitutional Court on this article 149.1.1. Spanish Constitution and, in more detail, put on the table whether the doctrine contained in these judgments is consistent with the principles of freedom, equality, religious neutrality and cooperation.
