Resumen de Un nacimiento situado para la violencia de género. Indagaciones sobre la militancia feminista porteña de los años 80

  El presente artículo es un estudio de perspectiva histórica anclado en los años ochenta para analizar la militancia feminista local en lo que respecta a la problematización de las violencias hacia las mujeres (cis) y su lucha por la conquista de derechos (humanos). El texto sostiene la hipótesis de que es en este período en el que se introduce el significante violencia como el modo para referirse a los padecimientos de las mujeres (cis), y que esta situación estuvo ligada a transformaciones en los regímenes de gubernamentalidad del mundo occidental, a las particularidades del contexto latinoamericano y a la renovación de las militantes feministas porteñas de esos años. Con el ingreso del significante violencia se dejan atrás o pierden jerarquía las explicaciones en términos de opresión específica, aunque se heredan algunos de sus recortes analíticos. Asimismo, el nombre de la violencia desplaza otros intentos de codificar la situación de las mujeres (cis) en términos de discriminación.

  This paper is a study of historical perspective anchored in the eighties to analyze the local feminist activism regarding the problematization of violence against (cis) women and their fight for the conquest of (human) rights. The hypothesis of this paper is that it is in this period where the significant violence is introduced as a way to refer to the sufferings of (cis) women and that this situation was linked to transformations in the Western world’s regimes of governmentality, to the particularities of the Latin American context and to the renewal of Buenos Aires’s feminist activists of those years. When the significant violence is established explanations in terms of specific oppression are left behind or lose hierarchy, although some of their analytical cuts are inherited. The name of violence also displaces other attempts to codify the situation of (cis) women in terms of discrimination.
