Este trabajo trata de ser una aproximación a los momentos iniciales de la fotografía en el Bajo Aragón, acercándonos a la figura de aquellos primeros fotógrafos profesionales que se establecieron en Alcañiz, la ciudad más relevante de la Tierra Baja turolense, entre finales del siglo XIX y las primeras décadas del siglo XX.
El texto aporta referencias biográficas y una breve descripción de su actividad fotográfica, detallando el inicio y duración de la misma, la localización de su galería, algunos datos comerciales y la existencia de postales o publicaciones en prensa gráfica.

This work tries to be an approach to the beginnings of photography in the region of the Bajo Aragón, getting closer to those first professional photographers that took up residence in Alcañiz –the most outstanding town in the lowlands of Teruel– from the late eighteen hundreds to the first decades of the twentieth century.
The text provides some biographical mentions and a brief description of these photographers’ activity –explaining in detail its beginnings and length in time–, the location of their studios or galleries, a few commercial data and the existence of postcards or publications in the press.
