  La figura profesional y humana de Jalón Ángel está mediatizada por el escaso conocimiento que se tiene de su dilatada y variada obra, tanto en la toma fotográfica como en su labor de crítico y dinamizador social y cultural. En esta investigación me centro en su aportación a la fotografía española y europea de los años 30. Me he basado en la investigación sobre su legado del que comencé a ocuparme en el 2011. Mi principal objetivo es aportar datos para resituar su figura y limpiar la imagen parcial que se tiene de su trabajo.

  The professional and human image of Jalon Angel is today mediated by the little knowledge about his long and heterogeneous work, both on the photographic work and on his critic job and as a cultural/social facilitator. I focus in this paper on his contribution to the Spanish and European photography in the 30s. I’ve based on his full legacy. I started to work with his entire legacy in 2011.
  
  My main goal today is give new data in order to repositioning his professional figure.
