    Ante el incierto futuro de Somalia, la comunidad internacional trata de anticiparse y proponer soluciones eficaces para preparar una transición con ciertas garantías de seguridad, con el objetivo de la estabilidad y la reconstrucción de las instituciones democráticas. Una de las últimas iniciativas fue la Conferencia de Londres, convocada por el Reino Unido.

    In view of the uncertain future of Somalia, the International community is trying to anticipate and to propose effective solutions to prepare a transition with some security guaranties, with the aim of stability and the reconstruction of democratic institutions. One of the last initiatives was the Conference of London, convened by United Kingdom.
