Consideraciones sobre el “juicio para la protección de los derechos humanos” en las legislaciones de Oaxaca y Veracruz

    En el presente trabajo de investigación se estudiará una figura jurídica que se encuentra en la legislación mexicana de las entidades federativas de Oaxaca y Veracruz: el juicio para la protección de los derechos humanos. El objetivo de nuestra investigación se centrará en valorar la posibilidad de aplicar este juicio a nivel federal, a fin de robustecer la efectividad de las recomendaciones de los Organismos Públicos Defensores de Derechos Humanos, es decir, analizaremos los alcances y límites este juicio, toda vez que encontramos deficiencias en el cumplimiento de las recomendaciones realizadas por los organismo defensores de derechos humanos, y ponderaremos si acaso el juicio de protección de derechos humanos puede ser una herramienta jurídica efectiva que coadyuve en la protección de los derechos humanos, a la par de otros mecanismos jurídicos ya sólidamente establecidos como lo es el juicio de amparo.

    In this research work, a legal figure found in the Mexican legislation of the federal entities of Oaxaca and Veracruz will be studied: the trial for the protection of human rights.
