    This article aims to study the impacts of Globalization and Neoliberalism in fair taxation in face of the crisis of the State. Emerging issue: what are the consequences of globalisation and of neoliberalism to tax justice? Firstly, it is intended to delimit the concept and the relationship between fiscal justice and social justice. Then, we intend to identify the relationship between the State model, taxation and fiscal justice. Subsequently, we intend to analyze the impact of the rise of individualism in the context of globalisation and of neoliberalism in fair taxation. The conclusion is that with the crisis of the State, which is fierce because of the liberal ideals associated with globalization, the rise of individualism that hampers the implementation of fair taxation, whereas the citizen no longer want to contribute to the State. The research developed was qualitative of the bibliographic documental type, the method of approach chosen was the deductive.

    O presente artigo tem como objetivo o estudo dos impactos da Globalização e do Neoliberalismo na justiça fiscal em face da crise do Estado.

    Surgindo a problemática: Quais são as consequências da globalização e do neoliberalismo para a justiça fiscal? Em primeiro lugar, pretende-se delimitar o conceito e a relação entre justiça fiscal e justiça social. Em seguida, pretende-se identificar a relação existente entre o modelo de Estado, a tributação e a justiça fiscal. Posteriormente, pretende-se analisar o impacto da ascensão do individualismo no contexto da globalização e do neoliberalismo na justiça fiscal. A conclusão obtida é que com a crise do Estado, que é acirrada em razão do ideário neoliberal associado à globalização, ocorre a ascensão do individualismo que prejudica a concretização da justiça fiscal, considerando que o cidadão deixa de querer contribuir para o Estado.

    A pesquisa desenvolvida foi qualitativa do tipo documental bibliográfica, o método de abordagem escolhido foi o dedutivo.
