Análisis de la estructura financiera en los Municipios de Xilitla y Ciudad Valles, S.L.P.

    En este documento se presentará un estudio sobre los ingresos propios en el Municipio de Xilitla, en el Estado de San Luis Potosí, México, para llevar a cabo el análisis incluiremos en un inicio al Municipio de Ciudad Valles, y posteriormente para un análisis final al Municipio de Zaragoza también pertenecientes al Estado de San Luis Potosí, lo anterior con el fin de mostrar en primer término las diferencias que presentan en su estructura financiera, tomando en consideración para su análisis indicadores financieros que permitan presentar información relevante para identificar diferencias entre las evoluciones que tuvieron los ingresos propios de los diferentes municipios.

    Posteriormente llevamos a cabo un análisis al interior de cada uno de los municipios para observar cuál de los ingresos propios tiene un mayor peso en la recaudación de ingresos propios, para ello se utilizaron datos obtenidos de las cuentas públicas de los diferentes municipios depositados en las bases de datos del Instituto Nacional de Estadística Geografía e Informática (INEGI).

    Los datos que se presentaran en este proyecto se obtuvieron de la base de datos albergada en la página web oficial del INEGI donde se recopilaron los egresos e ingresos del municipio de Xilitla, Ciudad Valles y Zaragoza desde el año 2005 al año 2017.

    Finalmente, presentaremos los resultados que se obtuvieron a través del análisis de indicadores de la hacienda municipal en graficas comparando el ingreso per cápita municipal, autonomía financiera, autonomía tributaria, ingreso per cápita por impuestos y gasto corriente de los municipios antes mencionados.

    This document will present a study on own income in the Municipality of Xilitla, in the State of San Luis Potosí, Mexico, to carry out the analysis we will initially include the Municipality of Ciudad Valles, and later for a final analysis at Municipality of Zaragoza also belonging to the State of San Luis Potosí, the above in order to first show the differences that they present in their financial structure, taking into consideration for their analysis financial indicators that allow presenting relevant information to identify differences between the evolutions that they had their own income from the different municipalities.

    Subsequently, we carried out an analysis within each of the municipalities to observe which of the own income has a greater weight in the collection of own income, for which data obtained from the public accounts of the different municipalities deposited in the bases were used. database of the National Institute of Statistics, Geography and Informatics (INEGI).

    The data that will be presented in this project was obtained from the database hosted on the official website of INEGI where the expenses and income of the municipality of Xilitla, Ciudad Valles and Zaragoza were collected from 2005 to 2017.

    Finally, we will present the results that were obtained through the analysis of indicators of the municipal treasury in graphs comparing the municipal per capita income, financial autonomy, tax autonomy, per capita income from taxes and current expenditure of the aforementioned municipalities.
