    La necesidad de profesionales en el campo de la archivística cada día va en aumento, esto no solo implica el formar profesionales en cantidad, es necesario formar profesionales con calidad, porque son ellos quienes mantendrán desde su trámite la documentación que ingrese a cualquier institución hasta que está, de ser el caso, conforma la memoria histórica de dicho lugar dando vida al ciclo vital de los documentos que de manera implícita forma parte de las etapas del desarrollo del ser humano.

    Por lo anterior es necesario que la formación del profesional en archivística se realice de manera íntegra en relación con el perfil que demanda la sociedad de este profesionista, ampliando así el abanico de posibilidades en relación al campo laboral.

    La integración del modelo ADDIE permitirá perfeccionar la profesionalización del archivista en cualquiera de los posibles campos de desarrollo involucrando así las competencias y habilidades que requiere para la solución de conflictos llevando como base el resultado de la evaluación formativa y sumativa que se requiera.

    The need for professionals in the field of archival every day is increasing, this not only involves training professionals in quantity, it is necessary to train professionals with quality, because they are the ones who will keep from their process the documentation that enters to any institution until it is, if the case, conforms the historical memory of that place giving life to the life cycle of documents that implicitly forms part of the stages of human development.

    Therefore, it is necessary that the training of the professional in archival is carried out in full in relation to the profile demanded by the society of this professional, thus expanding the range of possibilities in relation to the field of work.

    The integration of the ADDIE model will allow to improve the professionalization of the archivist in any of the possible fields of development thus involving the skills and skills required for the resolution of conflicts based on the result of the formative and summative assessment requires.
