    En el presente artículo se pretende mostrar la ruta metodológica como el camino a recorrer para la generación de teoría del fenómeno de estudio: La práctica de aprendizaje en el contexto de las Universidades Politécnicas Territoriales; investigación sustentada por las teorías: humanista de Carl Rogers, educación liberadora de Paulo Freire y educación holística de Ramón Gallegos. Universidades Politécnicas con bases filosóficas humanistas, donde las prácticas de aprendizajes se deben ser participativas, creadoras, constructivas y transformadoras del individuo, pero que se presumen dentro de un contexto real tradicionalista y positivistas. Por tanto, se busca responder ¿Cuáles son los constructos teóricos que subyacen de la práctica de aprendizaje en los Programas Nacionales de Formación en el contexto de la Universidad PolitécnicaTerritorial de Falcón “Alonso Gamero”? a través del pensamiento complejo de Morín (1994) y la teoría fundamentada de Strauss y Corbin (2002), como hilos conductores epistemológicos y metodológicos respectivamente.

    This article aims to show the methodological route as the way to go for the generation of theory of the study phenomenon: The practice of learning in the context of the Polytechnic Universities Territory; Research supported by Carl Rogers' humanist theories, liberating education of Paulo Freire and holistic education of Ramón Gallegos. Polytechnic Universities with humanistic philosophical bases, where learning practices must be participatory, creative, constructive and transforming the individual, but presumed within a realist and positivist realist context. Therefore, it is sought to answer ¿What are the theoretical constructs that underlie the practice of learning in the National Training Programs in the context of the Regional Polytechnic University of Falcón "Alonso Gamero"? Through the complex thinking of Morín (1994) and the theory grounded by Strauss and Corbin (2002), as epistemological and methodological conductive threads respectively.
