Rather than a preconceived reading, this paper offers a perspective of the social and discursive aspects of power. The analysis focuses on the whispers that express desires from a certain time and space: the Legislative power in Mexico. It is the voice of the Commander Zapatista Esther, who spoke to the nation on March 28th. 2001. The voice of the Zapatista Movement, voice of the Indianc women, testimony of the Indian condition in Mexico, voice that fights for equality and justice and which demands respect for the indigenous population of Mexico.
